Where Story Is Shared
Belief: Counseling can offer a safe and comfortable space to explore, process, and better understand our own stories. Whether we are having a difficult time with a life transition, suffering from loss, or navigating depression and anxiety- story plays a part in who we are and how we navigate our lives.
Background:
Lynsey comes from a background in clinical social work in hospital/medical settings and outpatient mental health services. Lynsey graduated from Portland State University with a Masters of Science in Social Work. After working in the Portland, OR area for many years, Lynsey and her family moved to the Austin area in 2015 and have loved exploring and experiencing the Texas culture.
